I like the last frame. How it’s drawn so you can see the faces of the three people even though the client is facing Jack and Trixie. And how the dialog fits in nicely.

Denis,
Thank you for the kind words.
Yes, I was pleased with how Sami handled that, too. Just make them 2 panels but put the 2nd over the 1st. Brilliant!
And it was all Sami, too. Here is my Adaption (of Gregg’s Script)
Panel Seven
Mid shot on Trix and Jack
TRIX: Forgive me ma’am, but as you say the story’s not that original. We’ve dealt with this kind of situation before, we’re willing to play it however you’d like and no one needs to hear a word about it. But I think it’s time we laid our cards on the table.
DONN (off Panel): How do you mean?
TRIX: Your name’d be a real good start.
DONN (off Panel): Must I? I’ll double your usual retainer.
JACK: Sorry, precious. If trouble calls, we can take a lot of heat for you, but we can’t protect you if we’re in the dark. Besides, it’s bad for business.
Panel Eight
Close up on Donna as she lowers her head.
DONN: I see. My name is Donna Ryan.
Thanks for the lettering comments. Not sure if I am getting better — but I am getting more comfortable with it.

Sami once again amazes me with his use of the “page” I like how he frames out each panl, the flow is great, and the Adaptation from audio to visual is just a great piece of it.
I love going back and listening to the original show on my Ipod each time the new panel is up.. it really enhances the visual elements.
Great Job guys.

Great job with page four! I especially love the close-ups of Jack, with all the shadows. Very noir. Also, the tilt of the second panel creates a wonderfully interesting feel.
Mark, I think you’re doing a fine job with both the lettering and the the editing. I’m really enjoying this.
Thank you.
oh, and by the way, I noticed that the “Go to Today’s Page” link off addictivecomics.com/blackjackjustice/ still takes you too page 3. Thought I’d let you know.
Happy New Year!
